Hi there, to whom it may concern: I was on Dash Free Shipping, and I won the headphones, I think with the Bluetooth?? Bit anyways I won them, but I never received them or got to pay for them? What should I do? Please help. Thank you.

  If you haven't paid for them there's nothing you can do. The seller is not going to ship the item until it gets paid for.

  I sold a dress,on auction, never got payment, so never shipped it, so yes. I concur.
