How come my messages are unread? It's like they're not going through at all.

  Having the same issue.I can see theirs but they cant see mine.Says Unread for about 10 people

  It seems like we all have this issue. Did anyone get a response from 5miles to resolve this? I have buyers but my messages still say unread....

  I had the same problem about unread messages,but I opened a ticket for assistance. It appears that the buyers don’t have a valid phone number on file to receive our messages. Once you open a ticket, 5miles will contact the the buyers to update their phone number. Once they update their phone numbers, they should be able to read your messages. Thanks
