Why label your catagory “Pet Adoptions” when you have backyard breeders thriving and selling dogs at a premium so long as they refer to it as “rehoming fees”

Countless dogs being sold without shots, without papers, just some piece of trash, low life who decided to buy a male and female dog for profit.
