Refund me not...
I accidentally press the wrong button..and ended up ordering a ring by accident. Eye contact customer service to cancel the order. And ask for my refund back. Instead of doing as I asked they shipped the order to me anyways. Now I know better to use this website. Very dissatisfied.

Hi! You may report the concern directly to our respective department by going to Profile > Tap Bid Orders > tap Unpaid/ In Progress / Completed > select the item to report > tap Customer Service > choose the Issue and write in the concern under the Description Area > Hit Submit.
