I transferred funds from my wallet to my bank account a week ago and I have not received it into my account and keep getting told that their supervisor will contact me through email and have not heard anything from them as well I Feel This is highly unacceptable especially after they charge me to send it to my account??? They also tell me there is no phone number for me to reach their supervisor from live support wth!!!
