I had more than 5000 coin rewards and redeem it on the 30th of last month for a 5 dollar store credit.I haven’t received them .i checked my email and nothing what do I do

  I had the same problem I cashed in my coins for 10.00 amazon gift card they never sent my email with gift card.I reached out several times and they did not reply.
