Gift Card Never Received

I see I'm not the only one not receiving their gift cards recently. Had anyone had any luck getting any answer or are they just ignoring everyone.

  Same here haven’t received my $5 amazon gift card… thinking of deleting the app… since they are lying now

  I got an intial response very quickly but that was 4 days ago. I just emailed them again advising this is fraud and false advertising. Probably wont do any good though. I haven't been using the app since either.
