I’ve contacted someone at 5miles, They said they would get back to me and let me know when I would receive it. But it’s almost been 48 hours and yet to have received anything.

  I used my coins for a Amazon gift card over a month ago and I still have not received it. And I have not won any money yet on this site. And I have been playing this game since 2017.

  I haven’t received mine either. Been 7 days now. I’m going to get rid of this app if they don’t keep their word.

  I haven’t received my $10 amazon gift card, when I redeemed my points then i got a notification saying I’ll get my card in 3 to 10 days but its been 2 weeks now
