I had bought and have been using this computer from this Cooltech Guy and have been having difficulties with it ever since. I normally don't leave reviews about people, but I really feel the need to do this. I purchased a computer from this guy considering that he had received great ratings. "He has to be legit, he has a great rating." This however is not the case. I received software on the computer from the Cooltech Guy that has been failing and shows error notifications prior to even opening up applications, every time I plug in my phone to import photos and videos my computer says that it cannot access My iPhone because it hasn't been granted access even though I constantly push trust, when I shut the computer down it just gives me a cleared screen but doesn't shut down. The list goes on. Upon feeling the need to leave a review for this guy, I clicked on his page only to find that he has blocked me. I am writing this post because I do not want anyone else to get screwed by this guy. Please do not purchase from this guy. Any questions please feel free to ask me.
