  As of now, your best course of action is to file a suit in the small claims court district closest to your residence or headquarters.
  Unfortunately, we can not give out another member's information to another member; only the authorities closest to your residence or headquarters.
  Additionally, if the police get involved, please have them send us a subpoena and we will help with any information that we have available to us. Thank you!
