It is crazy that you have only talked via app to someone and they can rate you. Never met you never purchased anything feom you only chatted online with booo on 5 mile for such lose revirws. I think I will go with their competitors they only let you review people you have done transactions with

  Hi James! If the review that the other user gave to you is inappropriate, you may report it to us. 
  On the review page, click on the 3 dots beside the specific review you wish to report. From the drop down menu, click Report. It will go to the Report Review page. Please make sure to select the correct reason for reporting and provide details if possible in the blank provided below. Then click Send to submit the report. Thank you!
