Shady customer support
These people with every update and app change gets worse and worse. The support team changes as much as the updates themselves.
To many things with the software are unfairly triggered , when that happens if receiving a notification it's rude and threatening. Words programed into the system by the engineers. Example: being told your account could be , or will be frozen if an item is put in the wrong catagory to many times? That's a bunch of garbage. As if things aren't bad enough in this screwed up world to begin with.
I had a truck listed in the same catagory "OTHER" for two months with no problems once so ever. All I did was change my primary photo not the catagory and they pulled my listing automatically with threatened notifications. 'So I appeal the removal of my item and it says over and over I'm so sorry about the inconvenience and my item had been restored. Well despite how many times I appealed and told was restored, it never was. Then I proceed to contact support using this new useless live chat method. Evey word from the representative was nearly the same thing repeated over and over. Every tickit put in was marked solved. "Nothing was solved"
I refuse to pay to list aNY item in what they want to consider a premium catagory. Any item you have rather it's auto parts, a vehicle, scooter, or motorcycle can simply be let posted in the 'Other' catagory. What else is it there for?
So after I get the run around with a representative that talks from a ballet like a robot got nowhere with my request to restore my item that had already been in the 'other' catagory for two months.
It's things like this that piss everybody off in the world, everything is associated with a ridiculous useless broken policy. That word policy means absolutely nothing to me.
People with the power to push others in any direction they want isn't a fair condition. This type of thing just makes everyone with any sense in their head just want to go and hide from everything in the world because it's broken. What's it all boil down to in the end? Money! What's money an almost worthless piece of green paper. A dollar worth nothing? Who makes all these apps and any service possible, tax payers?. We might as well own this app and any other service provided to us
