Conversation never load

Hi there!
Tha app 5 smile it's really bad to use!
I use this for long time every day, but the last upgrade was the poor one!
The conversation never load, the people offer me and I can read the conversation.

  Hello Rod! Our sincerest apologies if you encounter this kind of issue in our app and if you are unsatisfied wih its latest version. Please try to clear your app's cache by going to your Settings > Clear Cache. 
  Alternatively, you can try to uninstall the app, reinstall then restart your phone.
