Prospective Buyers Not Replying Back After Answering Them Back In A Very Timely Manner??

So I have at least 20 people ask and sometimes even at 3 or 4 am asking "Im interested in this item, is it still available??" and then after making and offer and accepting offer, they just simply stop all communication, like I offended them by accepting their offer or working out a fair price with them!???

  I feel your pain. I have experienced the same thing. It's like they don't ever plan on getting the item, but just get their jollies by getting you to respond or accept a lower price

  I've had this happen many times. Asking if is still available I tell them yes, and that's it no more communication.

  That's just part of it. I know it's stupid, personally when i sale something i mark as sold and give rating before they even get drove off good. Now i have fallen asleep phone in hand responding like a troll....
