How do I delete my account?
This app is terrible, it is like pulling nails just to post a item. Sends out messages like crazy, wrong category, ridiculouse if it's a wrong category, why don't you just put it in the general category or items near you. Make posting easy so people want to post more. It's not rocket science looking at the comments this app needs some changes.

I particularly dont like not being able to converse with people especially if they have liked an item. Whats the sense of not letting them chat in order to get more sales quicker. It doesnt matter anyway because nobody uses 5Miles on the Treasure Coast where I live. In the 7 months that I've been on I have had 40-45 items listed without one single sale. So thats it my friends Im not wasting more time, energy and effort on a site thats using up extra data and megabites. Im sorry but this is the last transmission over and outahere!

I agree - I hate using 5 miles app - its like pulling teeth to be user friendly - you can not update or edit item - they make u jump thru hoops to get anything done - its like the song hotel california - you can never leave once you enter - its a user unfriendly way to sell items - I hate listing items on it - I use CL and it works a hundred time better for both buyers and sellers

This app is awful. It won’t let me edit my email. I can’t prevent the app from changing my items listed on my laptop from active to pending... then my laptop listings are just gone. Poof. I want to delete the app but haven’t figured out how and the help center is NO HELP!!!

Go to: Help center, go to general faqs, go to 27 more..., go to how to delete my account, click on deactivate account.
Your account will still be active for 24 hours but after that it is supposed to be deactivated. I just found it, it took me like 20 minutes, but I was determined because I don't like this app.
