Hello Conni! As I have checked your account, it seems that your 5miles application is not on its latest version. Please note that the current app version of the 5miles app is now 5.2.5, and yours is still 4.5. Kindly please update first your 5miles by going to Profile > Tap Settings > Scroll down then tap Update at the bottom. Thank you!
