Shipping confirmation
What happens if they don't confirm that they've received the item you have sold them (via shipping)? Is there a way for you to still receive your payment?

Hello Mgann! If an item has been marked ‘delivered’ for 10 days, but the Buyer still has not confirmed ‘received’, the system will assume the transaction is successful, confirm ‘received’ automatically to complete the transaction, and release the payment to your 5miles account.
If there’s a dispute between you and your buyer, 5miles will act as a mediator to help reach a resolution. Just contact us at support@5milesapp.com. We’re here for you!
