Cannot reply to my buyers.
When a buyer inquiries about a product of mine. I can no longer find the box to reply to their messsages. Which means , i cannot communicate to tgem, which means i cannot sell anything on this site. Which also means it is useless to me. I have contactrd customer service and gotten no resolve. What's actually happening?

We can't find any tickets submited by your 5miles account yet .
Your messages are separated into 3 inboxes: Buy, Sell, and Notifications.
Buy = Messages from you to other sellers about items you're interested in purchasing.
Sell = Messages to you from other buyers about items you are selling.
Notifications = Messages to you from 5miles.You can access any of these inboxes by going to Messages and clicking on the appropriate tab.
The default setting shows you Notifications.If it doesn't help to solve the issue, please submit a ticket in this way:
Profile-->Settings-->Support
