    Let's try first to troubleshoot the app. Please try to uninstall and re-install the app in your device. Then, try to login your account and try to check if you can post a new ad. 

    If there is still a problem, please send us a message through Help Center in your Profile so that we can solve the issue as soon as possible.

    Please include a screenshot when sending a message if possible.
