Dash Items reviews

I had considered buying from DASH until I read the reviews. It seems that way too many items either never show up or when they do, it’s junk & “not as described” - Not a good thing!! Is any follow up done with the sellers? Most sellers say in the ad “easy returns” but ya can’t return what you haven’t received. There’s entirely too many dissatisfied customers for me to even order a one dollar item. Unless things show great changes to the better, I’ll be keeping my money or ordering elsewhere.
