Not receiving proper item

I was sent something totally different than what I ordered I am beginning to believe this may be a scam

  Well that sucks, I've purchased over hundreds of items and haven't received so many but yet it comes down to your word against the post office. Even if you can prove with the tracking it hasn't been delivered. I'm done with 5mile

  I haven’t sold anything on this app in over a year. I just recently downloaded it again.
