Suspend your account for no reason

After being a member with 5 mile for over three years all the sudden they suspend my account when I ask them why Allstate tell me as they’ve had numerous reports of bad behavior, and then they send me a link to their rules and regulations, I read them over and over and keep telling them it is not me that somebody has hacked into my account. They will not investigate every time I message them they send me the same thing and say we cannot unblock your account at this time. I think it’s terrible that you cannot get a hold of anybody or talk to anybody at all has to be done over the Internet.I think they read out of a book and give the same answers to everybody with the same problems. From what I’ve read there has been many people with this exact same problem. I think it’s terrible but no big loss because there are many other selling sites out there that are much better. Start investigating things or lose all of your customers
