Good morning I redeem my points to $10 amzon gift card but I can’t found it to use when I redeem the app frozen and closes without I take screenshots for the number of gifts card so please can you help me where To found it

  To be honest first time I redeem the gift card it’s working as well but this time the app frozen and closes

  I also redeemed an Amazon Gift Card and didn't receive the code, the app just froze and gave me a blank screen, I've checked my email and texts and I haven't got anything, I believe this app is a scam to waste people time for their profit
