    So you gave me a $10 credit for the service error when I attempted to redeem my coins? That doesn't help me with my Amazon order which is pending, I respectfully request a resolution from you please??

    So, i set up a trouble ticket and got a reply with the Amazon code. Took a little bit of effort but it worked. Maybe anyone having issues needs to contact support service and report trouble ticket... granted I did it twice because I didn't think the first one went through, but it eventually got amazon card code delivered in email and 5mile notification.

    You should contact tech support. I did that a couple times and was able to get them to send the code.
