Fraudulent inquiries to my posts

Every time I post I get several inquiries saying the persons name and asking if item is still avail. When I respond (through the app, not email) they never respond back. What is the scam? Are they hoping people will respond through their personal email and collecting email addresses?

  Please remove the negative feedback left from a newbie who makes low offer without intention to buy. Thanks

  How do I remove multiple negative reviews from someone who is a newbie and I didn't feel comfortable doing business with?
