ITEM NEVER RECEIVED

I have had a transaction in the past of a paid item n it was never received. I just now purchased another item thinking it was with a person not on the site n it said the delivery date is going to be in August. We are in June n I will not be living in that address by then. They have already charged me but do not give the delivery date until after the fact the card was charged. How can I cancel these items?? Great prices if the item is ever received. I would say just stick to meet ups. I had great sales in the beginning,now it's all about the online links n scammers.

  I bout a ring and I never got it I pay for it and I just look it up and it said I pay for it but I do not know what happened but I would like to know ........ Maybe get my money back are have a mother one ring
