Item Not Received. Why did 5mile confirm it.

I notified 5mile that I had not received my item but they confirmed it anyway. Why?

I’ve had the same problem a couple times I’m out the cost of two items right now and I never received but they say I did the post office even said that they did not deliver it

Me too! I’m done after two wrong orders and one that says delivered but I never received or confirmed. Was even talking with customer service. Doesn’t matter because they release funds anyway and so now I got to file a lost package except the tracking number is fake. Scam site

Yeah, this site is a scam. I bought a pair of sneakers and still have not yet received them and said that they would be here by January 20 still did not receive them yet paid $65 form.

NONE OF THE ITEMS I PAID FOR (HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS I HAVE NOT RECEIVED SOME A MONTH AGO OR LONGER!!! CAN NOT GET A RESPONSE FROM THEM . PROBLEM STILL HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED.
