How do I report someone who has blocked me?

I asked for a cheaper price, on an item that had been posted for quite awhile, when she wouldn't I asked to meet between Dallas and Ft. Worth, which would still mean I drove most of the distance. They then lectured me about using a distance filter. I proceeded to leave a negative review. In retaliation, they replied nastily to my review. This is plain harassment!!!
