I placed three orders. The first was confirmed received by 5mile but it never came. The second is nothing like the advertized item described and the third not received. Im deleting this app. As a buyer it doesn't matter to me who helps with my order but it should be done either by the seller or the app. This app makes everything complicated and seems to accommodate sellers rather than buyers. Not who I want to do business with! Go ahead and cancel my previous requests. It won't matrer anyway.

  I bought some masks from this seller Jim Jiang hualijia electronics market Shenzhen Guangdong 518000 china phone number 15271214535 I bought 2 masks with filter replacement it said it was n95 when I got the product it's just a plain nylon mask with no filters with no extra filters and is not what I paid for why do you let these people false advertise on your side constantly we are buying things on Five Mile that are not what you pay for please tell me how I can contact this person to get my money back for this cheap mask that is not going to protect me from the coronavirus this is an outrage I waited a long time for the mask and I'm very mad

  There needs to be a better system implemented in five mile on returns to these people you can't even contact because they're overseas and if that's the case maybe you just need to stop selling if you can't sell people what they pay for

  You won't get them because the customer support people don't want to do their jobs. They'll just tell you to "buy more items" just like they told me with the thousands of coins I earned and they refuse to provide!

  This app is crap! I still can’t find a customer support number or any way of contacting them. I’ve not sold anything on here and nobody returns messages when you request
