Seller had me put deposit for her to hold item and robbed me

Wanted to buy iPhone and the seller had me send her a $50 deposit to hold it till I was able to drive 2 hours to her location to buy it and when I got there she did not respond I waited 3 hours and lef for my two hour drive home well later that night she said she had to go to the hospital and that’s why she was not there then blamed me and told me I’m not getting the $50 back and proceeded Tj block me what can I do
