  Can anybody help me before it’s too late why it won’t take my payment it’s taking it before and there’s adequate money

  Mine did the same. 10 emails to a nonexistent customer service with no response.

  Same problem here. It's a ghost town. No support and can't purchase anything! Let's say they have abandoned ship!!
