Cannot find posting

I wanted to edit a posting, but couldn’t find it in my listings. So I tried to make a new posting. When I did that, I got an error message saying that I was not allowed to have a duplicate posting, and they threatened to cancel my membership it I continued to make duplicate postings. But it wasn’t a duplicate posting because the original posting wasn’t there anymore. 5 miles does not offer customer support, so I don’t know what to do.
