Redeeming coins is a joke I never received my gift card

I logged in every single day for almost 3 months and finally got enough coin's to redeem them for a gift card and that gift card is never given I used 4,999 coins to never see the gift card nor will I be reimbursed for the coins this is against everything the 5miles has even in their own legal Claus sadly this app is only good for bidding and received a month later the item paid for.

  I never received my $10 Amazon gift card link via email as promised. It has been over 48 hours. What a load of BS!

  I never received my $20 Amazon gift card which took me a year to redeem can you resend the gift card or something

  I has 28,000 points, I try to redeem $20, Amazon card, soon after I requested the card it said that it was AN ERROR?
  Sa after that I went back to my account balance but it stated that it was not available to try later. But the points had already been subtracted none the less.
  I was able to get back in to check. But I'm not longer have all my points.
  Helps.

  I had the same problem as J. Said error, screen went blank, took my 19,999 coins but no email or gift card

  Won't let me update phone number so I can collect gift card. Waste of time collecting coins.

  I never received my gift card either. I sent 5 miles and email stating what happened and they said they would get back to me. I never received an email back.
