Bad customer service from 5 mile
I'm looking at different topic and seeing a lot of concerning conversation from a lot of people.and there's absolutely NO RESPONSE from 5mile no answers and no help..does anyone actually run this app.i have got an item from here before it's junk absolutely junk.plastic and does not do what says.but I got the item..but I'm reading that people are losing credits and money..and asking for help on other things and 5mile does not interact.and if it's 5mile why are we seeing people from all over the place.just wondering has anyone actually talked to someone in charge of this app and why is it not being monitored only to watch and take people's money..I'm getting really concerned.abd I just posted things for sale and im reading that you can't see the people that are wanting to buy or sell thing that you have to go in blind until you actually meet in person.thats not good

it’s been awhile but I did get a reply from 5 miles. I asked for refund because I hadn’t received order going on four months. After a few text I was granted a refund that took another 6 weeks.
I was assured changes being made and things would be better.
Don’t think I’ve had a successful order this year. Oh yes things got better for 5 miles.
5 miles you need to go back to your ground rules. You used to be the place to do business. You don’t have the support from customers like used too. Same stuff listed for a year and customers don’t answer. No reason to
