Thieves and stolen property

I don't know what to do now. A man on here selling things stole my business equipment and tried selling it til he realized whoni was on another sale site and I messaged him here letting him know I won't let him get away with it and I want him to return my stuff. My message has been blocked by 5miles so what do I do now?
