5miles removed a false neg post but now it's back when I already reported and now they are harrasing me !

5 miles already removed a neg review I got from a customer when they never showed up for pick up of item. Now that review is back against me when I had reported it and blocked that person but you had already removed it. take it down or I will file charges!!!
