Not being able to publish

What’s going on with the app? I’m trying to post some donations and it will not let me select a condition. Without checking that box it will not let you publish your product. Any ideas on how to correct this issue???

  I want top post something (Snoopy Doghouse bank) and you want to send me a code for verification. Where are you sending it?

  I am not receiving it. Can it be emailed or send to my facebook messager. I have been receiving coin rewards, but haven't received the code.

  I’m not being able to publish. Doesn’t let me choose condition. Seems there’s nothing to choose from. What can be done?
