Can we get rid of the ads with sound?!

I’m sick of going to post or browse and having a loud obnoxious ad scream at me. Not only is it annoying but it’s embarrassing if I’m in a public place (like the doctor’s office the other day) and disturbs everything if I’m rocking my infant. It’s gotten to the point that I’m considering quitting 5miles and only using OfferUp. Is there a way to get rid of these loud ads?
