    Hello Kevin,

     

    With regards to your concern you should have to contact your bank to change your card zip code. Or if you would like to change the zip code into the correct zip code on the 5miles app. You can remove your card information through the following steps:

    Click 'Me' to go to your profile --> select 'Manage My Wallet' -->'Payment Cards'

    For iOS version, swipe the card detail to the left then tap Delete.
    For Android version, press and hold for 3 seconds then tap Delete.

    After that, you can manually add your payment card information again.
