Cannot get back to people who have contacted me about items I am selling

I am selling 2 items and people have been interested and have contacted me but each time I contact them back it says my message is unread. How likely is this that every person happens to not read my response to them after contacting me when interested?

  All my customers keep trying to message me about items I have for sale but when I reply back to them it says you have been blocked by this person

  The only people that I can contact are people who are asking me out on a date and that's not why I signed up for 5 MI
