New Message Bubble Under Selling But No New Message

I have new message bubble but no new messages. I’ve tried rebooting my phone. I can’t figure out what the problem is and I don’t want to ignore a potential buyer. Please help.

  Thank you for bringing this to our attention. This issue sometimes happens because the conversation message is deleted below the notification comes in and that's why the red dot stays. No need to worry however as the red dot will disappear automatically in 24 hours. If you have need any further assistance.
