Cannot buy on app

I have been trying to buy an item from someone we have been going back and forth. I have sent an offer but he can’t accept and there is no buy now option. Can someone please help me on what to do. I cannot meet cause of my schedule and would like the item shipped but would first need to offer payment. Someone please help me.
