What happened with my account because don’t I accept my phone number the 5miles please help me

So my account has disappeared. I have got several phones in the last 5 yrs and have never had a problem transferring my account to a new phone. Now i cant find it anywhere. Before you ask, yes i have tried to find it on both my Google account and my facebook account . If i cant get this resolved then I have no problems just deleting it all.
