How to report a scammer

My son (stupidly) sent someone on here $60 for a video game download yesterday. The seller has not emailed a code. How do I report this? I have filed a claim with PayPal, but want to report the seller also.

somone sold me a ps3 console yesterday and the thing didn't work when I got home,I try contacting him but he had already block me! I have msgs screen shots and his 5miles name but idk how to take care of the situacion ! help !!!

The name of the person page is destiny daiz she is scamming people.. she took money from my pregnant wife and my 4 daughters... and during a time like this... please help me
