5 Mile scams and fraud people out of money

5mile new bid app have given these thief a new way to scam buyers out of there money and credit. Example I order a trainer on the 7th of Feb now it’s Mach 2 and all I got was lies in e-mail and a fake tracking number. 5mile refuses to credit me back so I’m sueing and currently have a lawyer out of Texas who looking into the fraud. Don’t use 5mile use OfferUp or LetGo they won’t steal from you and go unresponsive in e-mails

  Really dissatisfied in 5 mile now. So many scam accounts mixed in with legitimate accounts. 5 mile doesn't follow up on complaints. People threatening others on here without repercussions. 5 mile ignores any or partial responsibility in all of the aforementioned as if they are not even monitoring or are absent at the captain's seat...as if no one is minding the store...very disappointing.

  I have been scammed twice on the app , two fake iPhones $700 in total lost , they are advising I file a report at the police station ,called 911 they said they can’t do anything , how do I get my money back ? No customer protection, I will make a lawsuit if nothing is done for positive change and customer refund
