Bidding promises of refund a joke

I outbid others on 5mile new bidding site. That was almost 3 months ago. Item was never delivered and 5mile said they were refunding my money per their promise to do so. I've received no refund and their not answering my emails. Their bidding site is a scam and will be reported to the attorney general of my state.

  Im having the same issue. Item hasnt been updated since dec. 31 and no one has returned my emails either
