No option to cancel my membership
I have followed instructions to cancel my membership but there is no option to do so. I have gone to profile > Sales Tools > 5miles Membership. That is where I am supposed to have the option to "Unsubscribe my Membership", but that option isn't there. The top of the page says, "5miles has upgraded our Membership package for you!". Then it lists "Vehicle Club" with a "Submit" option, and "Auto Parts Club" with a "Submit" option. I need help CANCELLING my membership. This is very frustrating. Please help!!!!!
