No option to cancel my membership

I have followed instructions to cancel my membership but there is no option to do so.  I have gone to profile > Sales Tools > 5miles Membership.  That is where I am supposed to have the option to "Unsubscribe my Membership", but that option isn't there.  The top of the page says, "5miles has upgraded our Membership package for you!".  Then it lists "Vehicle Club" with a "Submit" option, and "Auto Parts Club" with a "Submit" option.  I need help CANCELLING my membership.  This is very frustrating.  Please help!!!!!

  I should note that I also cleared cache and uninstalled and reinstalled the app and rebooted my phone.  Nothing changed.  I even had my wife install the app on her phone and login with my information and she has the same options.  No option to cancel.

  I am having the SAAAAAME goddam issue.  I want this membership canceled and STOP charging my account or I will follow with a LAWSUIT against the owners of 5mile.   This is ridiculous that you can't cancel this phone nor a computer.

  I have also been try to cancel my membership. I have tried everything. I have followed the process given by your help center and I have now emailed your help center twice. I have also written on the discussion board. I really would appreciate help.
