Customer Service?
I received a bid order that looked nothing like what I ordered. I sent a ticket and a correspondence to customer service with no responses concerning return/refund. Do they ever respond!? If so, what is the time frame? I received confirmation for my ticket, but nothing else. It wasn’t a huge amount of money, but now I’m wondering if this is all a scam or not. I ordered something else before this product arrived, hopefully it’s as advertised 😕

If you didn't pay the item on the given time or within 4 hours your order is automatically has been cancelled by the system.
But if you still want this item, you may purchase it again by going to your Profile > Dash Orders > clicked the order to open it > then on the upper right corner of the order details, just click the word ‘Buy Again’ like on the photo below.

I had a Request if an item was still available and I told them YES, then asked if I could ship, and again said YES, they gave me their Email so I could send a Paypal Request for funds which I did.... Now their Chat is gone and no record of them on 5Mile ? I could see “She” just joined in Sept.
any idea what happened ?
Was it a Scam account that they deleted ?
I’m puzzled and I’m calling PayPal to make sure my Acct is ok too
But figured you guys (5Mile) IT Dept could access chat and see who and what happened.

As of today November 7, 5miles is saying I have 5of my orders completed out of 26 orders I made on dash. And besides 3(three) of the 5(five) they said is completed they wrote CLOSED.
What is the meaning of the closed besides the 3 items.
And more over I received only 2 of my orders.
Someone should please help me look into this. -
