Overly complicated

I've been on here over an hour trying to find out how to get the money back out and I haven't found any information where you would think it would be, so I'm not going to use it. I do have a suggestion on how to make it more challenging for people to use: Make it a requirement for everyone to find a pen pal in the Dominican Republic, send a letter to them. The letter must be written in Klingon describing the mathematical process in determining the trajectory of an object launched from earth to a heavenly body that is in motion. Then, the pen pal sends the translation to be notarized in India. The notary in India then has to mail the letter to 5miles along with a picture of him wearing women's clothes and bingo! You're approved. If you do this, I'm sure you will get rid of more of those pesky customers you are trying to get rid of.
