    Could you please let us know why you want to deactivate your account?

    If you wish to deactivate your account, please click the link below on your mobile phone:

    For security reasons, you will be required to log in again, and then follow the instructions to deactivate your account.

    Please make sure to enter a feedback in the text box before clicking on the "Deactivate" button.

    You will then receive a prompt that your account has been deactivated.

    (If you still have incomplete Direct Deposits, or an order in progress, we will not be able to deactivate your account. Be sure to complete all transactions before submitting a deactivation request. Be sure to request a Direct Deposit for any remaining balances before submitting a deactivation request. Any remaining Balance or 5miles Credits will stay in your account and can be used if you reactive your account.)

    If you want, we can disable your account manually. Please send us the email confirmation that you agree to manually disable your account.

    You will be notified that your account is disabled due to a violation. All of your listings will be taken down permanently and we do not have any means to reinstate the account if you get back to us.
